Consumer Complaint: in 2015 i was in a domestic XXXX situation, i had just gotten out of school. i had been going to court for a restraining order and couldnt make payments, i called for a deferment or a forbearance and i received it i was told it would back date payments that were past due. the 2 late payments are still on my loan history as of today. my records show that i didnt get my late payments removed. XXXX in the executive office sent me a email with a different last name which makes me think she never once looked over my account. i want those 2 late payments as promised removed when i selected the forbearance or deferment.
