Consumer Complaint: I already tried to connect and complain about this issue. I have $ XXXX monthly payment plan, I keep pay {$600.00} but my balance doesn’t go down at all. When i complained about this issue before, XX/XX/22, it was 7 months ago and my current balance was {$35000.00}. I made 7 payments since then {$600.00} x 7= {$4200.00} total but my balance only went down {$1000.00}. I dont understand this at all. Since I borrowed the loan I paid almost {$35000.00} but my loan only went down {$10000.00}. I dont believe this is correct, otherwise It looks like I have to pay back {$500000.00} to pay my {$45000.00} loan.
