Consumer Statement:
I signed up with this program to prevent 2 loan companies from ending up on my credit. I paid a total of $2445.00 over the course of 10 months.
They settled one account for $963. I chose to cancel service after because I was no longer satisfied with the company.
Before canceling the lady told me I had $658 in my escrow account. 2 days after finding out I wanted to cancel my services she claimed I didn’t have any money in my escrow account and I also owed them an additional $158 for service fees.
No one has contacted me since or returns my phone calls.
