Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX is attempting to collect on a debt I do not owe. I did not know that they were trying to collect on this debt until I checked my credit report. This debt is not mine and I demand they provide proof with something baring my signature. I have not received any documentation on this debt. I did not receive my 30 day right to dispute, and it has already been added to my credit report. This is in clear VIOLATION and should not be on my credit report.
