Consumer Complaint: Dear CFPB : On XX/XX/2018, I received another letter from the Debt Collector Company Inc. Saying to my self on there letter that I have one Amount to be paid and also that I have Various other Accounts to be paid also. this debt collector keeps calling me 6 to 7 times a day. And if i can not be reached on my cell phone number they call me at home. I explain to them to please to DO NOT CALL ME NO MOE.I also wrote them a letter dated : XX/XX/2018 and i am asking them for the fallowing information : 1 ) Verification of my debt,2 ) copies of the original creditor, 3 ) any statement or bill from the original creditor, 4 ) Provide copies of Various other accounts, 5 ) copy of insurance card that was used at the time of service, 6 ) provide me with each date of service from the original creditor, 7 ) Do not contact me any more, 8 ) do not call me either any more, 8 ) provide me with there name and ext number, 9 ) do not harras me and or thretenig me on the telephone no more,10 ) They have 15 days as per State and Federal Laws to provide me with the requested documents, 11 ) This debt from the Radiology Department was paid already bye my insurance Company. Thank you. Very truly yours..
