Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from CCS saying that I owe $ XXXX.They say I owe this to XXXX and I do not. They have also been calling my cell phone and I NEVER have given them permission to call me or call me on my cell phone. I faxed a debt validation request letter to them on XX/XX/18 to XXXX. This is the CCS President XXXX XXXX fax number. I have a confirmation saying this was faxed and received on XX/XX/18. I also requested in writing that they cease all phone calls including my cell phone number that they have never been authorized/given permission to use. This was included in the fax they received on XX/XX/18. They have called me on my cell phone at work repeatedly and during meetings and other times while I have been at work. They have not stopped from calling me, and they listed the alleged debt on my credit reports negatively affecting my credit. They failed to comply with the FDPA and have not ceased calling me, they also have not responded to my debt validation letter requesting validation of this alleged debt and they added the alleged debt to my credit report. They haven’t responded at all to my letter and not by the required 30 days. They are to immediately delete this from all credit bureaus and to cease all collection activity for this alleged debt that they have not validated.
