Consumer Complaint: I contacted Citi bank originally in XX/XX/2018 to tell them to cancel my account when they lowered my credit limit over unrelated information. XXXX wouldn’t give me the 30 days dispute I was allowed so I told her cancel send me my bill. I was never sent bill. I call back to tell them they sent the wrong amount with added fees and late charges that I am not due because they did not send me the bill as I asked when originally requested when closed. But they kept calling and calling all of XXXX and XXXX. I called two agents in XXXX and XXXX to resolve this. Finally today after I requested they cease and desist back in XXXX and the agent corrected the bill over the phone and placed me on do not call list I got another call today by Citi bank again and still never received the correct bill in mail as discussed. I am tired of being harassed. and Not being sent the corrected bill to let me pay by mail since my account is closed? We agreed that the amount was XXXX after deleting all the extra fees and additional lates addendums that they were adding plus percentages that they calculate. but I have been trying to get this bill corrected since XXXX!!! maybe before actually but I know I spoke with minimum 3 reps. and I won’t speak to anymore.
