Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from a collection agency from XXXX XXXX about collecting a debt from XXXX XXXX. The company wants to collect XXXX dollars from my ex-husband who died in XX/XX/2018. My daughter previously contacted XXXX XXXX and told them that my ex-wife husband is deceased. He did not leave a will not anyone is responsible for his estate. He did not have a power of attorney.
