The Contact Us link goes to a Error – Page not Found on their website. If you do a XXXX search for Contact Us Navient, it sends you to a page on Navient that says LOG IN TO CONTACT US, you click that and attempt to login, it says ACCOUNT DISABLED. Do you see the endless LOOP here???????????????
