Consumer Complaint: After reviewing your letter and several disconnect which you have presented in your last letter. I have demanded for facts and you have instead relied on hearsay without evidence. The account is # XXXX and the unverified amount you are demanding is {$320.00}.

First, I have no contract with XXXX and no agreement has ever existed. XXXX has never presented any agreement or claimed any contract exist. Please be advised this is my Third Written request and warning that I fully intend to pursue litigation in accordance with the FCRA to enforce my rights and seek relief and recover all monetary damages that I may be entitled to under Section XXXX and section XXXX regarding your continued willful and negligent noncompliance. Despite two written request, the unverified items listed below still remain on my credit report in violation of XXXX XXXX.

You are required under the FCRA to have a copy of the original creditors documentation on file to verify that this information is mine and correct. As at today, XX/XX/2018, nothing shows on my credit this debt is disputed which is a clear violation of the 30days period. Furthermore you have failed to provide the method of verification as required under section XXXX XXXX a ) ( XXXX ). Please be advised that under Section XXXX ( XXXX ) ( A ) of the FCRA you are required to promptly DELETE all information which you can not be verified. The law is very clear as to the XXXX liability and the remedy available to me ( section XXXX & XXXX XXXX if you fail to comply with XXXX XXXX. I hereby request for the details and the information of the person in your company to send the law suit to resolve this issue in court. I am a litigious consumer and fully intend on pursing litigation in this matter to enforce my rights under the FCRA.
