Consumer Complaint: Company calls my cell phone repeatedly from ” spoofed ” numbers from area codes XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ( all Alabama area codes where I live ) and every time I tell them NOT to call me again until I receive something in writing from them showing where all efforts to bill BOTH my insurances in the proper order have been exhausted. They have NOT sent me anything and refuse to quit calling, but tell me every time that they are ” making a note on my file to not contact me again. ” The last straw was when they called while I was in intensive care in the hospital and they refused to let me hang up without threatening to take away my XXXX check.
