Consumer Complaint: RGS Financial is attempting to collect a debt for internet service that it didn’t even attempt to validate. They claim the original creditor is XXXX XXXX. This is the second debt collector that has appeared on my creditor report via XXXX XXXX regarding such an item. I have NEVER used this service. I have been using a different Internet provider for the last 9 years. This is second debt collector REMOVED it after it was not able to validate it. NOW RGS without even attempting to write me have just placed this collection on my credit. Absolutely NOT MINES.
