Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/18 I set up an automatic payment plan on my debt for {$130.00} a month on my credit card. With CMRE debt collector ‘s. On XX/XX/18 I called and made and offer to pay off debt in full.
The company accepted. Two days later they charged my credit card again for {$130.00}. I called again and they said it was to late to atop automatic charge and debt paid in full but now it was for the full amount not offer in compromise.
I asked if this was going to happen again next month, they said we are professionals of course not.
Today XX/XX/2018 guess what there is a charge for {$130.00} on my credit card.
