Consumer Complaint: Good Evening… I am XXXX grad- student at XXXX XXXX University of the year XXXX. There had been a garnishment put on my student loan by the company NAVIENT IN XXXX. They are taking out XXXX then and now.. The amount of the loan has been met. But the company refuses to let go of returning money overdrawn now.. This amount is XXXX. The amount of my social security that I get now is XXXX the amount of increase for the new year allows me to receive now, XXXX This is the amount that is suppose to be going into the account, but is not.. The Department Of Education is garnishing XXXX still.. I tried to go into the social security office to tell them that the garnishment was still being taken.. they put it under investigation in XXXX It was found from there treasury commission office that they were at fault and needed to cease the garnishment.. But they never did.. My bank whee my deposit goes thru says that the money is being taken after it leaves the social security office.. So, please help me with this issue.. This garnishment has been taking place for over XXXXyears..HELP!!!!!
