Consumer Complaint: I have as well as, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX has contacted Bull City Financial over 20 times since XX/XX/2018 about a account for {$510.00} that is not mine. I have never had an account with this company, nor have I had one with XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2018 I also filed disputes with the 3 credit bureaus. On XX/XX/2018, XXXX completed its investigation and found out that it was not mine and they removed it form my credit report. I called them back with this information and they continue to say it is mine after they admitted to XXXX that it isn’t mine. But they still refuse to remove this false account from my XXXX and XXXX XXXX reports. This account has been proven to not be mine as well as fraudulent. I’m escalating this complaint because when I call them they are really rude wouldn’t let me speak to a supervisor, who they blind transferred me to and went straight to a no name voicemail. Can you please help me with this? I have uploaded a screen shot of the notification from XXXX showing that it was removed by them, Please help me.
