Consumer Complaint: I spoke with a representative at Ad Astra about planning to make a payment of {$50.00} a month and was told that my payment wasn’t enough. The representative was really rude and disrespectful. I failed to get the name of the representative. The company call me a lot and recently when I pick up the phone they hang up in my face. I am attempting to work out a payment plan with the company however my attempts have been unsuccessful. I am not negating my responsibility- I just experienced a financial hardship which caused me to get behind on my payment. The company calls me excessively from XXXX but fails to work with me with me yet harrasses me.
