Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from someone that appeared to be an attorney ‘s office ( Jonathan Neil & Asociates ) advising that I owe them {$1600.00}. The letter threatens to suspend my drivers ‘ license and vehicle registration. This is a fraudulent claim. I spoke to an insurance company previously and advised of what had happened and that I was in involved in an accident. They advised that they would be in touch. I never heard anything back and then received this letter from a company that appears to be a law firm threatening to suspend my license and registration. I have written them asking that they send any proof they have or do not contact me.
