Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX we purchased a timeshare with XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX gave us a credit card with a credit limit of {$1600.00}. I never activated the credit card neither I used it. It took a year of dispute dispute with XXXX to cacelled the contract.
I XX/XX/XXXX, I sent a written letter to XXXX XXXX requesting a credit on the amount of {$1600.00}. The company requested proved of the cancelled contract from XXXX which I did, however on XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX XXXX stating that they were unable to issue a credit on my behalf.
