Consumer Complaint: I have tried to resolve debit with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX by requesting information to prove debit.

1st issue, I requested Singed contract. No less than 4 times, none returned except just billing statements.

2nd Issue is there stalling has cause harm to my credit file, thus I suggested an offer compromise, I was willing to pay the bill to remove it from my credit just to get rid of the problem. Inlue of a more escalated approach.

The problem from my point is if I pay then I admit this was my billing, they said they dont remove paid contracts. I did not acknowledge the billing was mine. To pay it would not resolve the issue at hand. They said no and they dont remove paid bills.
