Consumer Complaint: I have sent Navient my very personal private information three times already and they still are charging me late fees and put me in forbearance instead of IBR Plan! The last ( fourth time ) I sent the requested personal info including pay stubs ; it was returned by the post office. Im getting nowhere with them, and Id also like to be included in the ILLINOIS CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST NAVIENT because I fit exactly into the reason of the lawsuit. Please help me ( XXXX )
