Since then I have been informed that I have 7 of 17 loans still outstanding which amounts to about 60 thousand dollars. Speaking with a loan forgiveness specialist, I was informed that loans were processed in my name from XXXX to XXXX. I was no longer a student after graduating in XXXX. I have made payments to several companies that bought my loans. I stopped because it was so confusing as to who I owe. My check is being garnished15 % and it has been for the last three years. I NEED HELP. This school has sinced closed and has a lawsuit against them for fraudulant loans being processed.
