This account was previously removed from my credit file. ( PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT ).

I challenge the accuracy, compliance and reportability of this listing. XXXX XXXX has yet to provide me with copies of any documentation associated with this account, bearing my signature. In the absence of any such documentation bearing my signature, I formally request that this information be immediately deleted again from my credit file. P.S.
