Consumer Statement:

Ameritech Financial deducted payments for 2 years from my bank account that were to repay my student loan. I have since found out, none of the payments were made on my student loan but I have no idea what happened to the money.

Consumer Action Taken:

I have attempted to get in touch with the company. I get a disconnected alert when I call the phone number. I have looked multiple times for an email address but cannot find one.
