Premier Holdings – Consumer Complaint – February 5, 2020

Consumer Statement:

This company called me in October 2019 and proceeded to tell me that I had a debt with a Company for a vehicle that I had purchased that was totaled. I proceeded to tell them that I thought that the situation was resolved and they said that it had not been. And that they would take a settlement of $1000. I paid them because they seemed legit and after one month I received a judgment against me for the same account.

Yesterday I checked my bank account the other collection agency has a judgment against me and they froze my account and took my complete balance. And they will continue to do so until almost $5000 are paid. Premier Holdings never paid the original creditor and now I will be homeless because I cannot pay my rent. Have no savings work part-time only. I want them to contact and send money to the original creditor and resolve this issue with them so they can unblock my bank account.
