Consumer Statement:

I was scammed by Mitchell Ellis from south coast financial company of 207.50 For nine months starting in December 2018 till the case opened in October 2019 .. I have emails back and forth Talking about my other loan company thankfully that didn’t get messed up because of them talking about payment arrangements and sending signed information to work with them to help get my student loan down now I am out almost $1900 as a single mother of a five-year-old and I was only trying to do the right thing. The last payment they took was in September 2019. Then I received an email in October 2019 stating that south coast financial is being sued because they are a scam of a company I’ve called multiple numbers and everything else and gave up till today

Consumer Action Taken:

I have tried to contact the email of this gentleman I have tried to call the number on file and everything has been erased or not found I didn’t file a complaint sooner because I figured I would never get my money back until I saw this and hopefully this will help.
