Actify Solutions – Consumer Complaint – June 26, 2022

Consumer Statement:

I paid this company over $11,000 for services that were never rendered.

Once the balance was paid I can not even get a call back after leaving multiple messages and emailing everyone I had access to at the company.

It appears to be a fraudulent service. I would like money back as well as verification of services rendered.

Actify blatantly lied and gave false information promising services, that I now know are not even possible, and am requesting restitution from Actify.

On my contract (which I can provide a copy of) numbers 2 through 9 did not occur. I was forwarded to a 3rd party service that did not communicate or do what I was told would happen during this stage by Actify.

I paid my “bill” to Actify off in 2020 after the initial start in 2017 paying monthly payments. I was told to “be patient this process took time”. I was told multiple letters would go out on my behalf to credit bureaus to repair my credit score once my debt was charged off and this did not happen.

I have no proof of any work/documents prepared, on my behalf, by Actify Solutions. No debts were resolved or addressed in the manner in which I was counseled by this company.

Again, I am seeking reimbursement for the money paid to be placed toward my debts by the company. There was no “final stage” of debt reconciliation with this company. Once paid in full I received no response or assistance from Actify Solutions.

Consumer Action Taken:

I have contacted the company with no resolution.

I filed a complaint with BBB.

I filed a complaint with CFPB.

  1. I to was scanned by this company paid $395 a months for 15 months and nothing they left me a message to return a call to move the the last stage of my credit cards they had like 15 of my debt. Saying three you my cards were done with and lie lies lies try calling them in 2020 like why I’m not done you said one year I started in 2018 AND NOW IM GETTING CALL AND PAYMENT DUE AND ALL THE LATE CHARGES FROM WHEN I STARTED WITH THIS BULL SHIT FAKE COMPANY IM ON DISABILITY AND RECEIVE $868 monthly and thought I could trust them to help clean up my debt. But I stead they took advantage of me I will never trust anything like this again my credit can stay in HELL IM DONE WITH THIS BS I TRYED AND GOR BEAT SO NEVER AGAIN 🤬🤬🤬🤥🤥🤥😢🥺😔😭

  2. I have paid off my debt to Actify Solutions and have not heard anything from them in over a year now. I’ve sent several emails to them and they come back as a mailer deamon

    I recently received a court summons to appear regarding a debt , owned now by a collector, that Actify was supposedly resolving. As stated, multiple calls n emails are not returned. Are they out of business? Am I now to face this court date without any help from Actify? Please let me know if you finally reached a real person and how I can do the same before my court date. Shawn
