  • I was also contracted with Square One since October of 2009 and paid 10,449.60 in fees to them. I luckily never set up an account for my pay offs with them, so I saved and paid my own mointhly payment plans to my creditors.  Square One helped me with only four of my nine accounts, so I sent them a letter stating that they owed me $7433.60.  This was only last week, so I have not heard back, probably never will.  I was also sued at least three times.  I could not get ahold of anybody or left numerous messages for my account manager, Mildred, many times and was forced to contact and negotiate my own deals also.  I settled two of my own accounts and have three pending.  I would gladly sign up for a class action law suit and agree that my experience was not very successful in the long run.

  • I paid Square One Settlement Company $10,446.53 andall I got was 2 settlement letters and $2300.00 in a account set up to pay off the settlements from the 2 companies. They took all the rest and put it in there pockets. I think the goverment should go after them and return at least one half off what we paid in.
