    • Hello, I am currently in the same situation. They will not return my phone calls or emails. I have started a complaint with the BBB. It appears that some have had success. Look for E.F. Solutions when searching for them in Florida.

  2. I had signed up with Elite 6 years ago.
The first 2 years I was very happy with what they had done settled on 2 accounts,
after that I called a year later to find out way they had not settled any more accounts for me.
They stated that the banks that held the account would not settle for what they had come up with. And that was why they had not settle any more.It has been 6 years now and no more has been done.I have called many times and get no answer.I have tried E-mail and get no answer.
I am done all I want is the money that I have in my trust account sent to me.

  3. I wish I had found this page before I got involved with them. They have done nothing for me except take the payment amount out of my checking each month. I still get creditors calling many times a day, to the point where we don’t even pick up the phone if the number is not familiar. I’d say run, run away from this company.
I have since found a better one that I’m starting out with. They actually seem to care and I’ve got a good rapport with the guy in charge of my case.

  4. They Did Exactly What they said they would!

I began my journey of debt elimination with Elite Financial Services, Saugus, MA in the Spring of 2008. I had approximately $7,000 in credit card debt which was not enough for most debt solutions companies but
Elite financial was more than willing to help me resolve my credit card debt. I
was a single mother when I started out and I didn’t have much money to spare
after taking care of my monthly bills. The staff at Elite took all of my
financial information and helped me find a payment that would fit my budget and
not leave me broke at end of each month. At first I was really scared because I
had heard the horror stories of people paying debt solution/consolidation
companies month after month only to find that the company wasn’t doing anything
to resolve their debt so I made it a point to keep track of what was going on
with my account. Much to my relief I received regular phone calls from my
financial advisor, letting me what was going and inquiring if I had any
creditors calling or mailing me for payments or offering settlements. I still
remember the day she called to tell me my first account which was about $5,000
was settled for a little over $900. I cried and laughed with excitement because
it had only been a few months into the program. Not long after this settlement
and just over a year of being in the program, I received a call from a new financial
advisor, that my last two accounts had been settled for only $479! I was in
shock for a moment then the tears of joy and relief came (and I’m crying now as
I write). It’s a moment in my life I will always remember because for once in
years I was not stressed or worried about the phone ringing and someone on the
other demanding a payment which I didn’t have. I can go to the mailbox and not
worry that there will a “threat” for legal action if payment is not
received. The staff, no that’s an understatement, my friends at Elite Financial
Services gave me back something I lost years ago when my credit card debt
entered my life and that’s my peace of mind. I cannot truly put into words the
gratitude and love I have everyone at Elite that has given me back my life.
Thank you all so very much. I highly recommend Elite Financial Services to
anyone who finds themselves in any financial debt situation because this is
truly a company of its word!!!

  5. My experience was negative, start to finish. What you are not told is that no action will be taken on your behalf until you have paid enough money into your “account”. So what it boils down to is simply this: You continue to pay your creditors yourself and do not get sent to collections, or you pay Elite a monthly fee which they put into an “account”, they do not forward any money to your creditors and you do go to collections. I stopped my obligation by going to the Better Business Bureau. I never heard from them again.

  6. Don’t use elite financial services. Rip off ; they are a scam ; steal peoples money; i hope they all will go to hell. they make it seem they are helping you. that’a their little trick. just a little advise < you can settle you debt with your creditors all you got to do just call them. they will work with you you don't need to pay these damn financials institution to speak for you.

  7. Stay away from Elite Choice Financial or whatever they call themselves today.  I lost over $800 USD and they did NOTHING!.  No outside company other than a true debt consolidation company can lower your credit cards interest rate.  This is a scam and what they claim they can do is impossible!

  8. Elite Legal Group is a professional company, probably one of the few who actually answer the phone everytime you call, and update you weekly with what is going on with your file.  I give them a 5 stars review.  For those that are confused about the name, before you make any comments, make sure it is the right company.  I believe there are 10 with the name of Elite.  My wife and I were victims of a scam last year and Elite was able to help us get a modification and stay in our home when we talk to Frank Amezcua from Elite Legal group he give us a great advise and 4 weeks later my interest rate when down from 7.25 to a 2% fix…if you don’t belive me you can contact me and I will show you my modification complete….. thanks ELG..

  11. My comment/ tip regarding Elite Financial Services debt settlement ‘pitch’. Received a recorded v/m when i did not answer their call, saying (in so many words), “this will be our final call to you regarding Obama’s new bill requiring that credit card companies reduce rates to consumers with credit card debt down to 6%, this is at NO cost to you, etc” So against my better judgment i connected with them. They began the call with the fact that this would cost me nothing, or perhaps worded it around the truth “at no cost to you/ nothing out of pocket” etc? Said they work specifically with Master Card and visa only. I said specifically, so you all are EMPLOYEES of Master card and / or Visa and asked how they made their money. This is really alot to type. Maybe i can hit the highlights here. You get transferred around to 4 different “representatives”. the first claims to be the one “qualifying” you. If you have 4k or more in debt, wiht a percen tage rate of more than 10%, then you qualify. They ask for the account number of one of your credit cards so they can get that ONE qualified, then after that one is current, open, and over 10%, THEN later in the mail you receive what they called a something “kit”, maybe a debt relief kit? And your debt profile? Still under the BIG impresssion that these were people from the credit department of MC/Visa, and they were providing this information under the new Obama laws, I gave them the acct number of one of my credit cards with like a 700 balance or so. Was then transferred to a very professional sounding woman. She went through an entire explanation process, saying they connect with my debtors and negotiate a lower interest rate. I specifically as, well what is your story to them? My cards are in excellent standing, and i always pay much more than the minimum each month, do you tell them we can no longer afford to pay them? she said NO, definitely not, in fact that only help s us (them) negotiate. So About 25 minutes on the phone with this company, i said flat out “I want to know in specific how you make your money. (this bythe way was after i asked HER if they were working directly for MC/Visa and she said no, our company is Elite Financial Services (so misrepresentation number 1). I said nothing is free, so what’s the catch here. She asked that i let her explain…etc. That according to my debt i had said i had on cards over 10%, they would guarantee in writing, blah blah at LEAST a minimum of 2500. in savings, and probably more than that (did not of course go into over how long, at what payment…etc) i said Ohhkayyy…so again how do you all make your profit? she finally said well there is a one time flat fee of 998.00 (which at that point of course i sighed to myself…) but here goes the wording pitch again “but this will not come out of pocket, basically the wording implied that it didn’t apply to me since my credit was in such good s tanding….but yet the fee DID apply. At this point…she starts rattling off the “math” in it all…and asked if i understood clearly. I said no i don’t. She went over it again, and at this point i was at my destination and had to get going. I said ok i think i got it…so she puts me on hold and next came a THIRD guy…..this is when i skid the brakes on of course…he said due to federal laws, we need to record this call, etc…i said ok good…and he repeated of course the whole money savings guarantee of 2500 or more, etc….then said and you understand that your credit card will be charged the one time fee that was discussed. I said “ok you know what? Stop here. For the record, I am not comfortable at ALL with answering yes to that. Before i could finish, i got transferred to the fourth man….who reminded me of the “king daddy of sales”…..and had no explanation as to why the call being recorded had just been transferred and halted. He got very pushy…and alm ost agitated that i said flat out” you know what, any smart consumer is not going to let some random stranger company charge 998. to their credit card UPFRONT, without mulling this over, doing the math myself, googling you and your company to see any complaints, etc. This set him off, he said well ma’a’m EVERY company out there is going to have some complaints, and used the stupidest examples…i mean he was rambling, McDonalds, etc……I said well it would be stupid of me to agree to this today, and his words were this exactly, which i had to just laugh “OH? So you are saying ALL of our current clients are customers are STUPID” I said look sir, I have a dr.’s appt i was supposed to be inside for 10 minutes ago. Do NOT put words in my mouth, i said no such thing. A SMART consumer is not going to jump into ANYTHING over the phone with a strange company and agree to pay one DIME upfront, THAT is STUPID. I said i have all the information for you all that i need, i will co ntact you if i decide on your services. He says “ok, you can call if you want to get RE-qualified, and hung up. HA! Oh, and i can’t tell you how many times in the pitch they said “oh? you have this or that….CONGRATULATIONS ms so-n-so! So cheesey. I feel bad for those who have fallen for this.
That’s the best review i can give on this company….

  14. We had a pretty good experience with Elite Financial, if it’s the one in Saugus, MA. They settled five accts in less than five months and saved us over $20000 plus interest saved if we had continued to pay minimum payments for years. I tried to settle with the bank, but they were dragging their feet and when Elite assured us they could settle in a matter of months, we decided to give them a chance. Their fees were high, more than 15%, but they did settle in the time frame they promised. They called and kept us up to date on progress and answered the phone or returned calls promptly when we had a question. It was a stressful process, however, and we are now dealing with low credit scores and a big tax bill, which we were made aware of in advance. Be careful of advance fees, though. We had a misunderstanding with them about how the fees were applied and we ended up paying higher fees than we had planned on. So, don’t pay anything in advance, only pay the % required as the debts are settled and you should have a successful experience with Elite. They were always polite and helpful, except for the misunderstanding about the extra fees. And in the end, they did not pursue it when I told them we did not have the money to pay more fees. We are still struggling financially, but it would have been much worse without the settlement.

      • I wish I was able to records the conversation I had with Steve L from Elite Financial Solutions today. I have never contacted them. Never heard of them. Never the less the last few month I have received daily phone calls. Some days three to four calls per day. I have asked to be removed from their call list and explained I had never heard of the person they ask for each call no less than six times. Today while in a business meeting I received three calls within 15 minutes. On the fourth call I stepped outside and answered the call. After being very polite for weeks I finally voiced I was becoming very frustrated with Elite Financial Solutions tactics.
The rep. Steve Lane began yelling at me. I was called a “faggit” and every other name in the book. He proceeded to go on a verbal rampage

  19. This company seemed to be good and proper in the beginning and gave information which I believe was proper and I signed a contract with them giving them bank information to draft my account for an amount which they claimed would be distributed to my creditors and get them off my back. I later discovered there had been complaints against Elite and demanded my money back and I would handle my own accounts like before as they were calling me regular demanding money. They responded they could nor refund my money and on the advice of an attorney I was advised to send them a registered letter demanding my money in ten days. Elite signed for the letter but has not responded or returned my money which I could use to pay some of my creditors. They obviously didn’t pay anybody. Otis E. Johnson 662-561-1383
