  1. I have used this company of a couple of occasions and have been very happy with them. They are up front and honest about the interest, payment dates and work with you if you need an extension.

  2. Up until now I would have said I had no problems with Payday Max. After 4 loans with them I applied for a 5th and had to recline their offer. This would have been a very short term loan being that it would have been repaid in 4 days. Their website would not allow such a short time even tho paying their 14 day minimal charge was not a problem. Called customer service and was told I had to re-fax information that’s already in their system. Couldn’t figure that 1 out. Being disabled with no transportation or a near by fax, it was just not worth all the problems. One would think that after repeat business this would not be a problem.
