  1. I concur with all of the above. They prey on people who think they are seeking help. Luckily I only lost 500$ and have reported them to BBB. THIS ENDS HERE! (if only it worked that way)

  2. I don’t always leave comments, but I just had to comment on my experience after reading some of the comments. I used Ideal Tax Solutions two years ago to clear up more than 10 years of back taxes due to not filling and from start to finish (10 months) I had no issues or concerns whatsoever; they were professional and on top of everything. They prepared all of my taxes for every year for both State and Federal. They called me by appointments that we agreed upon and they texted and emailed me when they needed additional information and if I did not respond in a timely manner, they would keep reaching out to me until I did respond.
I was expecting to owe the IRS more than $30.000.00 but after completing my taxes I had to pay about $1,200.00 in back taxes. I paid their company about $2,100.00 to process my paperwork. That was $500.00 up front and payments of $300.00 per month.
I was looking up the information to pass on to a friend and saw where there have been many complaints and issues with scams and could not believe that we are talking about the same company. Unless something has changed in the management, I don’t understand what may have changed. Please note that this is not for promotion or to give Ideal a boost, but I am just responding to the comment section.
I also did my research before I committed to do business with them, but I did not see very much information on scams and complaints and that was what made it easier for me to make my decision. But again, that was my experience, and I am only speaking on behalf of my experience. So, my suggestion would be to do your research and go with your gut feeling once you have read all of the comments, talked with Ideal and communicated with the BBB. Good Luck and I hope that this information is helpful to someone.

  3. After giving them over $5000.00 and having no luck in getting them to move on my NOD I have finally given up ever getting satisfaction! The blocked calls, not a reply to e-mails concur the other people writing their experiences, this is a SCAM organization.
The consumer protection agency and Better Business Bureau will be getting my complaint packet I have sent to the thieves at IDEAL TAX SOLUTION.
Sad that they care little about people in need.
    Educated!

  4. WE have dealt with them since late 2020. Now it is Sept. 2021- no solution for 5 tax returns owed since 2012. We have spent $13,261.71 on time and they have done nothing! Changes in case managers are common. Non-existent ext. numbers or not there. Cannot get ahold of anyone except through maybe an email stating they are working on 2019 after inquiring. Cannot get through member phone line- on hold for 20 minutes before giving up! Never gave us a toll free line. That I’ve called and put on hold as A MEMBER and gave up w/20 minutes holding. I called the info line to “sign up” and they answered right away as me being “incognito”, got owners name today (9/23/21) then I hung up after they immediately wanted to create a file, wanting the figure of my tax debt. They called back right away. I didn’t answer. IDEAL TAX SOLUTION is a waste of your money. DO NOT SIGN UP!!!! They’ll take your tight money as the IRS is hounding you!! Got a COMPROMISE letter in the mail last week from IRS. How do you Offer a Compromise w/ the IRS when you don’t have the money first of all? I am through with this company and I’m going to the BBB and every social media platform out here, plus the Tax Commissioner, both state and Federal. They just took our money and looked at our completed tax returns! We are incredibly angry.

  7. These guys from Ideal Tax Solution are scam artists, sending me false threatening emails with a bunch of non-sense making it sound that the IRS is after me and I have debt to IRS and there are liens against me, so that I need their services. It is a bunch of BS as I have been filing and paying my taxes properly and regularly for years. The guy who sends me these emails is Aaron Garcia and obviously him and the company he represents have no morals, no dignity and are bunch of liars abusing people….
