How did they lower your interest rates? What did they do?
July 20, 2009 Briter days, asked if I wanted my interest rates reduce on my credit cards, I had said yes. So they got about 3 or 4 of them down to a lower rate, but all and all it took them about, a 20 to 30 minute to do all of this. and they charged me $l,395.00 for this and I had not heard from them since, until January 18th, I seen a charge of $99.00 and I don’t know for what? I tried calling and could not get a straight answer, so I asked for a return call and have not heard from them. So I do feel that they over charged me for their service, for what little they did for me. Josie
