We are a small finance firm in Highland Park that purchases packages of charge-off debt, looking to hire an attorney to file cases for suit against the debtors of these charge-off loans/leases. In this case, the area is in Sacramento County – Sacramento and North Highlands, specifically. We will pay $250.00 per case, which is to include the filing, service, and first court appearance, and we will cover all court costs and service fees, including the filing fees.
Really, the debt settlement company wants to sue the debtors? I think they got the title screwed up on that ad.
North Carolina mortgage modification attorney job
California based law firm seeks North Carolina attorney to assist in the review of loan modification files.Location: work from home at attorney’s own schedule.
No experience necessary, but working knowledge of loan modifications is a plus.
