Consumer Credit and Budget Counseling, Inc. (CC&BC) is a non-profit education and financial counseling agency founded in 1998 by members of the Graves Family. Each member brought their previous experience in the credit counseling industry as well as a commitment to treat each client with compassion and understanding. CC&BC is a HUD approved housing agency that provides comprehensive housing counseling services, credit and budget counseling, debt management plans, pre- & post-bankruptcy counseling and financial education workshops and seminars to all age groups within the community.

Our Philosophy in Assisting People
Consumer Credit & Budget Counseling, Inc. believes that each client’s situation is unique and that one solution doesn’t fit all. In order to provide a comprehensive individualized plan to meet the client’s goals we review the client’s overall financial well-being including analyzing their monthly budget, unsecured debt, debt-to-income ratio and overall financial condition. This comprehensive review allows our agency to provide the client with the best options for their unique situation.
Fee Schedule
Fees vary by state regulations and guidelines and fees are reduced and/or waived based upon the poverty guidelines established by the US Department of Health and Human Services.
