THIS COMPANY CLAIMS I FILLED OUT SOME TYPE OF PAYDAY LOAN APPLICATION ON LINE. AND THERE WAS A 30.00 CHARGE FOR THIS ONE TIME FEE.

Consumer Action Taken:

I CALLED THIS COMAPNY AND TRY TO EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT THIS WAS NOT AUTHORIZED AND THEY TOOK 30.00 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. AND I GOT NOWHERE WITH THEM. THEY TALKED IN A FORIEN VOICE. HARD TO UNDERSTAND THEM. AND THEY JUST KEPT REPEATING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN. AND THEN THEY HUNG UP.
