Consumer Statement:

I checked my bank account and saw a debit for $30. When I called the number associated, they claimed I did an application for a loan. I did not. I don’t even know who they are.

Consumer Action Taken:

I called the number which appeared on my bank account, 888-467-4349 and waited for someone to answer for about 15 min. I explained that I never authorized them to access my account and was told this was a service fee for filling an application. I never filled an application. Requested a refund and was “transferred to a supervisor”. I was hung up on. Now they won’t answer the phone.
