Consumer Statement:

I found an unauthorized charge coming out of my checking account this morning from Direct Funds Services. I tried calling the 888 number and never did get to talk with anyone. I was put on hold forever. I contacted my bank because I never contacted Direct Funds Services nor did I authorize any debits. I filled out a dispute form with my bank to get my money back from this fraudulent company. I never contacted nor have I ever received any services from Direct Funds Services. It’s a shame that this happens!

Consumer Action Taken:

I tried numerous times to contact this company only to be put on hold forever. I never did get to talk with anyone
