Consumer Statement:

I was looking into getting a loan to get out of debt and was unaware that they were going to send my info to different companies. I was charged by two companies Lenders net which gave me back my 30 with out a problem… The other company was Direct funding who I called and told them that they had no permission to take money from me and they told me that it was a fee for the loan I signed up for and I informed them that I never did so. 11/18/2011 WWW.DIRECTFUNDINGSERVICE.COM 888-467-4349 30.00 this is from my account

Consumer Action Taken:

I asked them to return my money and they said they wouldn’t do so that I signed up for it and just to go look online what they would give me for a loan…I then said ok so why would i pay $30 to see if i qualify for a loan, when i need a loan for money.. They still refused so I told them that I would be filing a report to the police if it was not back in my account, then when I called back a few days later all i get is a recording telling me to email them so I did… no answer back and the message is still there when u call
