I would get your credit report first then after you file the court should then also put notice in the local papers asking for all creditors to come forward, if another creditor comes in so be it, if not then you can get the court order ammended since there was no objection when it was signed.
I would definitely start with getting a (free) copy of your credit report. All the creditors should be listed there.
