  1. Johnny call the Corporations office of the Secretary of State and find if that is a real business or not. Next call the BBB, report them and they will send a request for an answer. As far as Wells Fargo, they are taking a very long time to modify loans and should have gone directly through them anyway. Ask Liberty for an immediate refund as no progress has been made.

    Good Luck!

  2. Johnny,

You made a donation to a lowlife organization. What you need to do (and should have done at the first sign of trouble) is find a HUD certified housing counselor in your area and contact them immediately. If you don’t know an agency, go to http://www.hud.gov and search on counselors.

You will know you have a legitimate counselor when they do not ask for money. The government does subsidize counseling and no reputable agency will charge you for that service.

Sorry it cost so much to learn that consumers should never respond to commercials. When you need a service, do your research and remember that the Better Business Bureau is your best friend.

    Good Luck!
