Consumer Statement:
Rapid Financial Services from Maryland misrepresented and then took more than they were suppose to. I made the huge mistake getting involved with a loan from then on my business credit card sales. I was in pain from hip replacement and just listened to their sales pitch. Then they took out more than they were suppose to. They acknowledged and said they will return it.
I switched credit card providers.
Consumer Action Taken:
I sent documents to my attorney and she said she thought the interest rate was not this. She got fooled too ,she says.My attorney was working on an agreement which is a fraction of what they claim. Now we have a law suit 2 years later.
My lawyer says the comapny changed names and location often. I dealt with the name Rapid Advance Co.
