Purchased 2 Barnes & Noble gift cards in December 2011. Both were redeemed per instructions but cards never arrived.
Consumer Action Taken:
I have contacted the company numerous times each month since January by phone and email. Often being told the system can’t take my phone message and only one email received a generic response telling me the card was on it’s way (that was on Jan 13, 2012). Since then I have received NO response. I have filed complaints with the Texas BBB, the FTC, and the Texas Attorney General’s office. No positive response from any of them… company didn’t reply to BBB at all.
