A New Horizon Credit Counseling Services Pulls the Plug on Debt Management

A tipster (send in your tips here) just sent in this email purported to be from A New Horizon Credit Counseling Services announcing their withdrawal from providing debt management services.

“Hi Everyone,

Please be advised that effective immediately A New Horizon will no longer service debt management clients; after careful consideration, we have decided to pursue other business opportunities that will best benefit the company.

As a result, all clients we are currently servicing will be transferred to another credit counseling company. The selected company has been in business for over 19 years and has an excellent reputation in the industry; you can rest assured that each and every client will be well taken care of.

Furthermore, for those of you that still have clients in the pipeline that were either recently submitted and not yet welcomed into the program, and/or are about to be submitted to A New Horizon, we can either forward them to be serviced by the other credit counseling company, or we can refer them back to you for placement with another credit counseling company of your choice.

Please let me know how you’d prefer this to be handled and we will act accordingly.

As more details of our future initiatives are unfolded, I will be sure to share them with you.

On a personal note, I would like to express that it has been a pleasure working with each and every one of you; I wish you the very best, and hope we will get to continue to work together in the future.

Thank you,

Melinda DiGrado
Business Development Coordinator”
