A newspaper report out of Ft. Wayne, Indiana says that Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Northeastern Indiana is attempting the old rebrand move. I guess the Consumer Credit Counseling Service name doesn’t have the same positive benefit it once did. – Source
I’m not sure if this agency is new at the rebranding effort or just behind in the branding work but from what I can see, much of their site at financialhope.org still reads as the old name. Oops.
Take the About Us page as an example. You’d think that would be the first page to tackle with a rebranding effort.
Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Northeastern Indiana is a non-profit community service organization committed to helping people with financial problems. Established in Fort Wayne in 1965, CCCS has helped thousands of individuals and families gain control of their finances through confidential debt counseling, debt management programs and education. CCCS is governed by a volunteer community board of directors. – Source
As you can see it doesn’t even talk about the new name. Odd.
