“Dear Jon,
I am wondering if there is a way to repay debt which was taken out in Poland and person who has borrowed the money run away and currently is living in England. Is there any way to get money back?

You may want to look into the laws to collect a debt there in Poland, but if the person has left the EU and now is in the UK, if they reside in the UK, you may be able to collect the debt in accord with UK collection laws.
How much is the debt/loan?
Was this a personal loan, meaning from one person to another, or was it through a banking or lending institution?
What documentation is there related to the loan?
Again, we do not advise on collecting debts in Poland, but if you know the person is residing in the UK and meeting the residency requirements there, you may want to inquire with a collection firm or solicitor there to see how to collect the debt.
Regards,
Jon
