Consumer Statement:

I paid a large sum of money to a debt validation company. The did nothing and will not tell me where my money is. I paid $6,067.67 to settle $9,000 in debt. I have been sued and harassed by creditors. The Firm will not tell me where my money is and DVA appears to no longer exist. Today I got a letter asking for more money from them to settle accounts that should have been settled 4 years ago.

Consumer Action Taken:

I have repeatedly asked the company for an explanation and have never been given an answer. I filed a report with the BBB.
