Strategic Student Solution – Consumer Complaint – October 10, 2016

Consumer Complaint Submission

Consumer Statement:

I am contacting the Attorney General for the State of Florida, BBB, Consumer Affairs, World Trade Commission, Consumer Reporting Agency and President Obama regarding ‘STRATEGIC STUDENT SOLUTION” located in Lake Worth, Florida. I paid almost $800 and they have done absolutely nothing about FEDLOAN and NAVIENT student loans that should have been forgiven according to the Ombudsman of the U. S. Department of Education.

Consumer Action Taken:

Our Son experienced a head-on collision in a motor vehicle accident back in 2008. Our son took out a loan and he does not work. My spouse took a loan out for our son, as well, and lost his job. The Ombudsman said since our Son was in a head on collision and does not work, that both loans should be forgiven.
