New Horizon Custodial Funding – Consumer Complaint – March 10, 2017

Consumer Statement:

NHC proposed to dissolve our CA LLC and merge to a General Partnership in FL, which would keep the debt. He provided a Legal Opinion written by “attorney” from Legal Counsel Plans Inc, Alfonso Oviedo-Reyes.

We did not agree to any legal restructuring but only interesting debt consolidation.

In Dec we discovered that without our approval or signature, our CA LLC was “merged out” to non-existent FL General Partnership. We got the document from the CA SOS and found that Edward Gregory Steadman had forged signatures on that Dissolution document.

We stopped our payments and they tried play hard ball with notices on the Note as we are defaulting.

Needless to say, I am trying to deal with my debtors after a six month of no action, many have gone to court cases, lots of damages. I find myself having lost $375K to NHC and now servicing my original debt with lots of damages on top.

We are working with attorneys to reinstate our CA LLC.

We are working with our debtors to settle

We are thinking of options on taking legal action against NHC.
