Consumer Statement:
Debt Restructuring of America with Bruce Atherton and Lee Stein.
Paid via auto monthly withdrawal $605.00 for well over 3 years. No debts were negotiated except one that I found out about. They monies were to be paid by DROA out of my mounting escrow account and now apparently I have a judgement against me.
No restitution or anything has been offered to me. I am just desperate and will suffer financially for the rest of my years. It all started in Feb of 2008.
Consumer Action Taken:
Multiple calls and of course no return calls of follow up, then apparently business closed. No contact from DROA. I do have saved emails from DROA where they state they are paying my debtors but NONE were paid.
