Consumer Statement:

Viking management said they would help repair my credit and see about getting some of my payday loans either paid or see if I am responsible for them. they did nothing but ruin my credit, and took close to 1000.00 dollars.

Consumer Action Taken:

I tried calling them to see what was happening, that’s when it came over the news that mr. Marcus was a scam, no one from either companies will return calls . says it’s in receivership.

    I am still waiting to hear what happened with the class action suit against Viking management . I called RAM today October 19, 2017, left a message and told them they are not off the hook.
    I want to know what’s going on and why I have not heard anything from that illegal scam.

        Thank you but unfortunately it doesn’t say much about what’s happening and what’s to be expected. It also stated that there were letters mailed out all clients regarding the issue. I have never seen or heard anything since this all happened. How do I get my money back or do I have to sue someone like RAM?

          Nothing. You will have to wait for the court and the receiver to decide how this will be wound down.
