I am still waiting to hear what happened with the class action suit against Viking management . I called RAM today October 19, 2017, left a message and told them they are not off the hook.
I want to know what’s going on and why I have not heard anything from that illegal scam.

They were rolled up into this action by the FTC. You can read the latest update at https://getoutofdebt.org/105031/second-receiver-report-jeremy-marcus-321-loans-debt-relief-scam-money-turned-bullets

Thank you but unfortunately it doesn’t say much about what’s happening and what’s to be expected. It also stated that there were letters mailed out all clients regarding the issue. I have never seen or heard anything since this all happened. How do I get my money back or do I have to sue someone like RAM?

Nothing. You will have to wait for the court and the receiver to decide how this will be wound down.
