Consumer Complaint: I want to sumbit a complaint against Navient. I have been paying on my loan for years at XXXX a month with no end in sight. They just raised my rate to 7 % and when I called for help they told me there is nothing they could do for me, would not tell me how high they can raise my rate or how often, they said the only way I can help myself is by paying off the XXXX loan I have with them. They are criminals. They are the worst company and I do n’t know how they get away with doing this to people.
